The rule: don't use AI to avoid learning. Use AI to make learning more active.
2. The learning system
Pick one skill instead of ten, have AI build a path to it, then make AI quiz you — retrieval practice beats re-reading every time. AI diagnoses your gaps from your wrong answers, gives feedback on your actual attempts, and adjusts the path as you go: a tutor, coach, and practice partner in one.
3. Apply or it didn't happen
